ALL students applying for this course must confirm they meet the criteria and have completed the Expression of Interest form prior to completing this application. 

 

They should have a confirmed GP and a secondary mentor.

 

Students are expected to complete the programme unless extenuating circumstances prevent them.

 

Funding of £2,000 per student will be given to the practice to supervise the learner (half a day a week), payable £1,000 in advance and £1,000 at the end of the programme.
