This module is aimed at practitioners working within services that support people with Frailty, including acute care and community care environments.  It is carefully designed to deliver up to date theory and to allow discussion of advancements in practice including new interventions. The taught content will be linked to students’ experiences allowing critical discussion of practice with other students.
